Исследование особенностей классификации товаров 91 группы ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС при таможенном контроле

В статье дан анализ особенности классификации товаров 91 группы ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС, приведен анализ идентификационных признаков товаров. В качестве рамок (исследования) рассмотрены особенности классификации 91 группы ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС. Данная товарная группа демонстрирует достаточно много вопросов, которые возникают в рамках классификации часов для таможенных целей, что и порождает интерес для проводимого анализа в рамках данной статьи.

The article analyzes the features of the classification of goods of the 91st group of the Customs Code of the EAEU, provides an analysis of the identification features of goods. As a framework (research), the features of the classification of the 91 groups of the EAEU HS are considered. This product group demonstrates quite a lot of issues that arise within the framework of the classification of watches for customs purposes, which generates interest for the analysis carried out within the framework of this article.
