Методы артроскопического лечения хрящевых дефектов коленного сустава

В статье представлены результаты лечения 72 пациентов с локальными дефектами хряща коленного сустава. В наблюдении вышли пациенты, которым применялись артроскопический методы лечения: мозаичная аутохондропластика, микрофрактурирование (Stadmann) и туннелизация.

Methods of arthroscopic treatment of cartilage defects of the knee joint

The article presents the results of treatment of 72 patients with local defects of knee cartilage. In follow-up after mosaic autohondroplasty, microfracture surgery (Stadmann) and arthroscopic tunnel drilling found that the best results were obtained in patients after the mosaic autohondroplasty.
