Исследование\r\nосновывается на деятельности Верховного суда сША по решению проблем, возникающих на почве расовой принадлежности,\r\nкоторые является актуальной темой на протяжение всей истории Америки. В ходе проведения анализа автор разбирает\r\nнесколько решений Верховного суда сША, где затрагивает вопросы о расовой дискриминации.

THE ROLE OF THE U.S. SUPREME COURT IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION

This paper examines issues of racial discrimination against black Americans. The research is based on the activities of the u.s.\r\nsupreme Court to solve the problems arising on the grounds of race, which is a hot topic throughout the history of the country. In the\r\ncourse of the analysis, the author examines several u.s. supreme Court decisions that address issues of racial discrimination.
