This article emphasizes on the process of Globalization and its impacts on the evolution of the paradigm of management. Globalization as an ongoing process allows and promotes the development of economies of developed as well as developing countries that are seeking their place in the global market. Interactive communication has been enabled between people, companies, civil society organizations and other institutions, whose needs can be met anywhere in the world and at any time. Thus, management on a global basis has had to adapt and develop their methods so as to remain in accord with, competitive and successful in this global market.
