APPLICATION FEATURES OF CALCULATION MONITORING IN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

Nowadays, the Russian legislation gives the priority to instrumental measurements of atmospheric pollution over calculation methods while assessing the atmospheric air quality. However, operating only with the data identified by stationary posts of the state monitoring network, it is impossible to fully and comprehensively assess the air pollution of the city. In this case it is necessary to apply the calculated monitoring methods, which include the summary calculations of atmospheric air pollution.
