A BRIEF REVIEW OF THE OBSTACLES AND BARRIERS TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN RUSSIA

Russia is among the countries where the "circular economy" is one of the priorities of the country's economy, and the market value of the "circular economy" is $755 billion. But such a strategy faces country-specific challenges and barriers. The purpose of this study was to review the state of the circular economy in the Russian Federation for the sake of identifying obstacles and barriers that prevent the country from achieving its goals.
