The population education and economic strategies

Nowadays the process of getting education can be viewed as a market-place process where both parties involved make rational decisions depending on a range of numerous factors. This implies the necessity of creation of the new learning processes investigation methods corresponding to the current situation. The empirical study conducted in the autumn of 2002 by the Social Opinion Fund is covered in the issue.
