OBJECTIVE RISK OF "SUBJECTIVE" NATIONAL INTERESTS

The authors give their own interpretation of national interests, analyze both general and practical (specially Russian) terms and process of their genesis, articulation and realization. It's shown, that the conception of national interests is formed on the state level. Besides it doesn't reflect hopes of Russians, which makes the risk of substitution of real national interests by actual political aims. The authors offer possible ways of adequate solution of the problem of Russian national interests.
