ON A PROBLEM OF DEVIANT BEHAVIOR OF THE YOUTH IN CONDITIONS OF RUSSIAN SOCIETY MODERNIZATION

Russia is experiencing a period of the system crisis and social disorganization of society nowadays. The deviant behavior of citizens increases at such periods. Phenomena of transgression and deviation have a specially strong effect on the youth. The sociological approach clarifies the roots of this phenomenon. It's very important to know how much young people know about the law, what they think about it, what the government does to bring up law-obedient citizens. The article is devoted to these problems.
