Evolution of a Russian Liberal's Attitude to Power (40-80 years, XIX c.)

In R.A. Arslanov's article is considered the evolution of attitudes of one of the largest theorists of the Russian liberalism K.D. Kavelin to the state, are analyzed the maintenance of his political views and the factors that determined them. In the article is also outlined the influence of Kavelin's political concept on the development of liberal idea in Russia.
