Авторы описывают клиническое наблюдение развития у 69-летнего больного эндофитного рака пищевода с ранним изолированным метастазированием в миокард правых отделов сердца и массивным тромбообразованием в их полостях, которые манифестировали симптомами рецидивирующей тромбоэмболии ветвей легочной артерии.

The authors describe the case of the development of the undisplayed endophytnal oesophagus cancer with early isolated metastasis into the right side of the heart and massive formation of thrombus in its cavities of the 69-year old patient, witch were manifested by the repeated thromboembolism of pulmonary arteries branches.
