In 2000, the author [4] first of all derived geometrical the helicoida pseudo-developropele surfaces and decribeted them in thesis of conferences and ii article of scientific journal. In those articles, the author wrote about the result he go during the research of that surfaces. The present article concerns the theory used to got the latest result.
