Свобода воли у Спинозы: эволюция концепта

В статье рассматривается эволюция концепта свободы воли у Спинозы. Исследование обращено к анализу истоков проблемы свободы воли в философии Спинозы, специфики, основных значений концепта, его трансформации, а также сопоставлению концепта свободы воли у раннего Спинозы и у Декарта, поскольку эволюция концепта у Спинозы во многом обусловлена переосмыслением концепции Декарта. Автор анализирует концепт разумной воли у Спинозы. Показано значение концепта "conatus" для интерпретации свободы воли. Результаты анализа позволяют обратиться к вопросу социальной и политико-правовой интерпретации концепта.

The article examines the evolution of Spinoza's concept of free will. The research focuses on the analysis of the origins of the problem of free will in Spinoza's philosophy, the specifics, the main meanings of the concept, its transformation, as well as the comparison of the concept of free will in early Spinoza and Descartes, since the evolution of Spinoza's concept is largely due to the reinterpretation of Descartes' concept. The author analyzes the concept of rational will in Spinoza. The significance of the concept of "conatus" for the interpretation of free will is shown. The results of the analysis allow us to address the issue of social and political-legal interpretation of the concept.
