This article bases necessity of new methodological points of view to research of lawful process, what conditioned of qualitative changes in world evolution and in ex-soviet area. Especially article concerns using of wide cultural point of view with researching of problems such is historical typology of law, modern Russian law and comparative researching of law systems and world tendencies of their evolution.
