MILITARY AND POLITICAL TREATS OF INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM

From the point of view of political science very important problem is investigated in the tis article. The authors have analysed typical social and political treats of a terrorist in context of such phenomenon, as war, terrorism, armed conflict. The latter ones are caused by different reasons. As for terrorism, it is, in other words, a small scale model of war, aimed to frighten people and authorities in order to gain certain political goals. The article is illustrated by examples based on past and present situation in Chechenia.
