В данной статье рассматриваются два основных периода развития психологических концепций элит, связанных с социально-философскими и психологическим идеями XIX начала XX в., непосредственно выходящими на проблемы элитизации личности, раскрытия ее творческого потенциала и социальной ответственности.

Periods of development of psychological conceptions of elites

In the article the two main periods of psychological conceptions of elites' development are examined. These periods are connected with socio-philosophical and psychological ideas of the 19^th - beginning of the 20^th century, directly facing the problems of making the person elital, developing his creative potential and social responsibility.
