ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE PIAL ARTERIES UNDER EXPERIMENTAL ATHEROSCLEROSIS, EFFECT OF ISRADIPINE

Present time calcium antagonists of new generation are widely used in practice of, cardiovasculardiseases, treatment including such worth-while drug as isradipine. To the last tame detailed investigation of this drug action on lipid change and on ultra structure of vascular wall under the conditions of hypercholesterenemia and atherosclerosis had not been conducted. In the present work was studing the influence of isradipine on ultrastructure of pial arteries and on lipid change under experimental atherosclerosis.
