Представлена новая область трансплантологии - органотерапия как самостоятельное и приоритетное направление. В свете современной теории адаптации и адаптивной регуляции гомеостатических систем дано обоснование использования в лечебных целях донорских органов и тканей, полученных от лабораторных и сельскохозяйственных животных.

Organotherapy and it's Technologies.

In the article is represented the new way of Transplantology - Organotherapy (Cellular, Tissues and Organ Therapy) as independent and priority direction in the science of the organ's transplantation. The substantiation of use for therapeutic purposes of donor organs and tissues, obtained from laboratory and agricultural animals, is given in light of the contemporary theory of adaptation and adaptive regulation of homeostatic systems. It is proven that the process of the recovery of the patient, whom was treated by one of the conservative methods of organotherapy, differs genesis after transplantation in terms of the fact that the shielding forces of patient, the excitation by contact with the donor material, are expended not on its rejection, but on the restoration of the function of the target organ, the victim as a result of disease. In the article are shown mechanisms and genesis of the restoration of structure and function by the disease of organs, tissues and its systems.
