Исследование изменения коэрцитивной силы инструментальных штамповых сталей в процессе изготовления и эксплуатации ковочных штампов

Приведены результаты исследований изменения величины коэрцитивной силы в материале молотовых штампов при их изготовлении и эксплуатации. Изложены возможности применения контроля по коэрцитивной силе для штампов горячей объёмной штамповки.

Research of changes in the coercive force of tool die steels in the course of manufactureand service of forging dies

The paper presents the results of studies on the change of the coercive force value in the material of the hammer stamps during their manufacture and operation. Possibilities of using coercive force control for hot forming dies are described.
