Breaking The US Dollar Hegemony, A New Pattern of World Trade Currency Settlement: Russia-China Trade Local Currency Settlement Rate Exceeds 95%

This study discussed the trend of de -US dollar and Russia and China ’s local currency trade. With the changes in the global economic structure, especially the rise of emerging market countries, the traditional international settlement system dominated by the US dollar is facing challenges. This thesis explores the impact of this trend on the international financial system by analyzing the growth model of Russia -China local currency settlement. Especially in the context of the US dollar hegemony gradually weakened, how Russia and China have embarked on a path of independent development through cooperation and innovation. In addition, the article also analyzes many reasons to promote the reform of the international monetary system, including geopolitical risks, fluctuations in US monetary policy, and the advancement of digital currency and blockchain technology. Agreement with the trade partnership agreement gradually promotes the suggestions of the use of local currency in international trade, thereby reducing dependence on the US dollar.
