With ageing rams morphological content of carcasses changes. Relative weight of muscular tissue decreases by 7,08%, bones by 7,07%, whereas relative fat weight increases by 14,34%. Fattening of rams from the age of 9 months helps to increase carcass weight by 17,52%, with an optimal content of muscle, fat and bone tissues.
