Veterinary and sanitary expertise is governed by regulations at the federal level and at the Federation subjects. Inspection of these objects is carried out by state veterinary inspectors in accordance with work plans. The expertise can be performed as by State Veterinary Service experts and as by commissions with the participation of other competent authorities.
