CALCULATION OF INDICATORS OF TARUSSKY DISTRICT DEMOGRAPHIC CAPACITY

Demographic capacity is the maximum number of residents that can live in the territory without harming the environment. The article analyses the calculated demographic capacity of the Tarussky District, the Kaluga Region. The results show that the number of residents in the area exceeds the permissible demographic capacity. This indicates an imbalance between the population and the resources of the area.
