STUDYING OF THE METABOLOMIC COMPOSITION OF POTENTIAL FISH PRODUCTION WASTES BY NMR SPECTROSCOPY

Consumption of fish products has a great impact on human health. As a result of fish product growing demand, the amount of fish production waste is increased. In this research we analyse potential carp production wastes by 1H NMR spectroscopy to determine the metabolites, that can be effective for assessment of nutritional value and fish quality.
