THE INFLUENCE OF THE CLIMATE AND WEATHER CONDITIONS OF MOSCOW ON THE MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN IT

The research answers the question if the change of seasons really affects people so much, how specifically each season affects people and how people cope with it. The practical part of the study was to conduct a social survey using the program “Google forms”. The survey consisted of 31 questions divided into 5 sections. It can be assumed that many of the respondents are inclined or have a Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Our research shows that change of seasons really affects the mental state of a person.
