APPLICATION OF TECHNICAL REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION AT THE LEGISLATIVE LEVEL

Due to the lack of a common point of view regarding the separate place of the institute of technical regulation in the system of environmental law, as well as considering the fact that most often this institute is included in the environmental regulation, this article explores the relationship of both institutions. Even though these institutions formally belong to different branches of law, the methodology of environmental law allows to apply to technical regulation the method of ecologization, which allows to provide justification for the need to use technical regulation in order to maintain a positive environmental component of the country.
