НОВАЯ КОНСТИТУЦИЯ (ОСНОВНОЙ ЗАКОН) ВЕНГРИИ: НЕКОТОРЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПРАВ ЧЕЛОВЕКА

The article proposes an analyzes of a newly adopted Hungarian Constitution's provisions, concerning some human rights issues. The questions of a broad discussion at national and European levels are under consideration on the basis of international human rights non-government organizations' materials. The comparison with the norms of the Constitution currently in force is held.
