PROTECTION FROM IONIZING RADIATION IN SPACE

Cosmic radiation poses a serious threat to human health, especially in conditions of long-term space flights. The influence of cosmic radiation on the human body is considered, as well as existing and promising methods of protection. Special attention is paid to the development of materials and structures capable of effectively reducing the effects of radiation.
