REVIEW AND COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CHEMICAL-TECHNOLOGICAL METHODS FOR CLEANING GAS EMISSIONS

This article reviews the main methods of gas emissions treatment, including adsorption, absorption, catalytic and thermal oxidation, as well as membrane technologies and scrubbers. Their efficiency, applicability, economic costs and environmental impact are comparatively analyzed. Based on the analysis, recommendations for the selection of optimal purification technologies for various industrial applications are proposed.
