Энергоэффективность, энергосбережение и интеллектуальные сети

В статье рассматриваются существующие проблемы электроэнергетики России, препятствующие созданию интеллектуальной сети. По мнению авторов, основные трудности развития интеллектуальных сетей энергоснабжения лежат не в технологической области, а в области определения стратегии и политики. В этой связи, учитывая опыт других стран, необходим комплексный подход к модернизации энергетики.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation: the Problem of Creating a Smart Grid

The paper considers the current problems of the Russian power industry hindering the creation of the smart grid. According to the authors, the main difficulties of the development of the smart grids are not in the field of technology, but in the definition of the strategy and policy. Taking in consideration the experience of other countries, an integrated approach to the modernization of the power industry is required.
