АЛЬТЕРНАТИВНЫЕ КОМПОНЕНТЫ БЕТОНА И ИХ ВЛИЯНИЕ НА ЕГО СВОЙСТВА

This article describes international experience in using alternative components to create a concrete mixture. It also describes the effect of replacing a component on the performance of concrete. A number of studies have been conducted. As a result, the negative effect of water saturation of a coarse aggregate on the properties of concrete was confirmed. To avoid oversaturation, special additives are created. The article states that due to the depletion of the ozone layer and global warming, it is necessary to look for methods to create the safest building materials. According to the study, alternative fine aggregates are required due to erosion of river banks and depletion of biodiversity. Alternatives include various crushed construction waste, such as granite dust, recycled glass, concrete. The article describes changes in the properties of concrete depending on one or another alternative fine aggregate. Thus, pre-saturation with filler has a negative effect on the strength of concrete. In this study, it is recommended to avoid, if possible, the use of presaturated aggregate in the production of concrete, since it has a negative impact on the compressive strength of concrete. That is, it reduces the compressive strength at different curing periods. Coconut shells, palm kernel shells, clam shells and construction costs are examined here as coarse aggregates. All of these possible alternatives pose a challenge when it comes to recycling. This article says that a similar approach is available in different countries. The main thing is to detect the problem of recycling the component and find its application in another industry. The development of technologies for replacing concrete components can be a solution to problems in the field of depletion of natural resources, cost reduction and the use of secondary raw materials. The replacement of components should be thought out for each area separately, in accordance with the degree of saturation of one or another raw material. With this approach, we will be able not only to protect depleted natural resources, but also to resolve the issue of recycling. Selecting an alternative aggregate for concrete is not only an economic and technological benefit, but also an opportunity to stop the process of destruction of our planet.
