THE CONCENTRATION OF ESSENTIAL MACRONUTRIENTS IN THE BODY OF LEECH BEFORE AND AFTER HIRUDOTHERAPY

14 patients with a chronic paradontit (7 females and 7 males) at the average age of 17-43 years are surveyed. A chronic periodontal disease is carried out on the classical scheme and the next aggravation was carried out the girudotherapy in three months. Improvement of a clinical picture of a disease was revealed in dynamics after the girudotherapy. We also study the concentration of essential macronutrients in the body of leech before and after a hirudotherapy with atomic absorption method for precise system «ICP - MS, ELAN, DRC II».
