СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ НАРУШЕНИЙ ГОЛОСОВОЙ ФУНКЦИИ У ДЕТЕЙ (обзор литературы)

Представлен обзор литературы о причинах нарушений голосовой функции у детей. Отмечено, что нарушения голоса у детей могут быть детерминированы не только различной органической и функциональной патологией гортани, но и острыми и хроническими заболеваниями верхних и нижних дыхательных путей, нарушениями слуха, заболеваниями нервной и эндокринной систем, анатомическими недостатками развития.

THE CURRENT STATE OF VOICE DISORDERS FUNCTION IN CHILDREN AT DIFFERENT PERIODS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT (literature review)

The paper aims to review the literature of historical and epidemiological aspects of voice disorders function in children at different periods of its development, analyzed their basic pathogenic mechanisms and risk factors. It is noted that voice disorders in children may be determined not only by various organic and functional pathology of the larynx, but also diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, the ear, nervous, endocrine and other disorders. Nevertheless, at the present time there are no universal diagnostic criteria for these disorders is useful in daily clinical practice.
