Штатные нормативы по вспомогательной службе лечебно-диагностических отделений медицинских организаций: мифы и реальность

Проведен анализ действующих штатных нормативных документов для лечебно-диагностических отделений в различных видах медицинских организаций. В данной публикации рассматривается расчет числа медицинских работников по штатным нормативам для вспомогательной лечебно-диагностической службы. Выполнено сравнения штатно-нормативной обеспеченности врачами вспомогательной службы взрослого и детского населения в амбулаторных условиях. В ходе исследования, выяснилось, что формулировки штатных нормативов должностей врачей вспомогательной службы по больничной помощи различны в разных приказах, при этом по ряду нормативных записей отсутствуют необходимые данные для расчета численности должностей

The analysis of the current standard regulatory documents for medical and diagnostic departments in various types of medical organizations has been carried out. This publication discusses the calculation of the number of medical workers according to the staff standards for the auxiliary medical diagnostic service. The comparison of the staff and regulatory provision of doctors of the auxiliary service of the adult and child population in outpatient settings was carried out. During the study, it turned out that the wording of the staff standards for the positions of doctors of the auxiliary service for hospital care is different in different orders, while for a number of regulatory records there is no necessary data to calculate the number of positions.
