В процессе развития человеческого общества архитектурные теории претерпевали значительные изменения. Это связано, как с эволюционными процессами, затронувшими общество, так и с развитием науки и техники. При этом менялась и методология проектирования, что определялось тесной взаимосвязью теории и практики возведения отдельных зданий. Актуальной данную тему делают современные веянья, которые, с одной стороны стремятся к максимальному использованию инноваций в строительстве, а с другой указывают на значимость экологичных проектов и зеленой методики возведения зданий. Architectural theories have undergone significant changes in the course of the development of human society. This is due to both the evolutionary processes affecting society and the development of science and technology. At the same time, the design methodology was also changing, which was determined by the close relationship between the theory and practice of constructing individual buildings. This topic is made relevant by modern trends, which, on the one hand, strive to maximize the use of innovations in construction, and on the other hand, point to the importance of environmentally friendly projects and green methods of building construction. The article shows the key theories and methodologies of design that are used at the present stage in Russia and in the world.
