Ключевые предикторы академической успешности старшеклассников

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме, связанной с выявлением основных факторов и условий, благоприятствующих академической успешности старшеклассников. Современный рынок труда предъявляет повышенные требования к образовательной системе в связи с необходимостью соответствовать перманентно меняющимся реалиям. Цель работы заключается в изучении влияния различных факторов семейных отношений на академическую успешность. Для достижения указанной цели в работе ставится задача оценить значимость различных элементов семьи, семейного окружения, социально-экономического статуса, социального капитала для академической успешности. Кроме того, рассматриваются механизмы, способствующие созданию необходимых условий. В ходе исследования использовался системный подход. Были разработаны и проведены опросы и интервью со старшеклассниками и их родителями. По результатам проведенных эмпирических исследований выявлена закономерность, указывающая на то, что чем больше родители вовлечены в образование и досуг детей, тем выше перспективы академической успешности. Проанализированы, осмыслены и изложены ключевые семейные предикторы, включая семейное окружение, степень вовлеченности родителей, а также социальный статус семьи. Обсуждаются механизмы, посредством которых семья влияет на академическую успешность. Выявлены различия влияния семейных факторов в зависимости от стиля воспитания. В работе акцентируется внимание на важности поддержки со стороны семьи как базового условия академических достижений.

The study is devoted to an urgent problem related to the identification of the main factors and conditions conducive to the academic success of high school students. The modern labor market places increased demands on the educational system, due to the need to meet constantly changing realities. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of various factors of family relationships on academic success. To achieve this goal, the task is to assess the importance of various elements of the family, family environment, socio-economic status, and social capital for academic success. In addition, the mechanisms contributing to the creation of the necessary conditions are being considered. The study used a systematic approach. Surveys and interviews with high school students and their parents were developed and conducted. Based on the results of empirical studies, a pattern has been identified indicating that the more parents are involved in children's education and leisure, the higher the prospects for academic success are. The key family predictors, including the family environment, the degree of parental involvement, as well as the social status of the family, are analyzed, comprehended and outlined. The mechanisms by which family influences academic success are discussed. The differences in the influence of family factors depending on the parenting style are revealed. The article focuses on the importance of family support as a basic condition for academic achievements.
