МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЕ НАУЧНО-ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВО РЕСПУБЛИКИ КОРЕЯ

В современных условиях открытой и инновационной экономики развитие международного научно-технологического сотрудничества приобретает особое значение, так как позволяет партнерам увеличить свои конкурентные преимущества путем обмена знаниями и технологическими достижениями. Опыт Республики Корея интересен тем, что, несмотря наначальную ограниченность научно-технологической базы, стране удалось достичь высокого уровня организации инновационного сотрудничества с ЕС, США, Японией и другими государствами. Теоретический анализ. В статье рассматривается становление и институциональная база международного научно-технологического сотрудничества Республики Корея, анализируется современное состояние взаимодействия с основными партнерами. Особое внимание уделено ЕС и России. Выводы. Результатом проведенного исследования стало выявление наиболее характерной черты международного научно-технологического сотрудничества Республики Корея - его стратегический характер. Кроме того, сделан вывод о возможных проблемах дальнейшего развития сотрудничества.

International Science and Technology Cooperation of the Republic of Korea

Introduction. International scientific and technological cooperation is particular important in the modern open and innovative world economy. It allows partners to increase their competitive advantages by sharing knowledge and technological innovations. Experience of the Republic of Korea is interesting due to the initial limitations of the scientific and technological base. The country has managed to achieve a high level of organization of innovation cooperation with the EU, the USA, Japan and other countries. Theoretical analysis. The article deals with the formation and institutional framework of international scientific and technological cooperation of the Republic of Korea. The investigation of the current status of cooperation with key partners is conducted. Particular attention is paid to the EU and Russia. Conclusions. The result of the study is identification of the most characteristic features of the international scientific and technological cooperation of the Republic of Korea - its strategic nature. In addition, the conclusion about the possible problems of further development of cooperation is made.
