"EVENT" AND "CONCEPT" AS A THEORETICAL PLATFORM OF REALIZATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL IDEOGLOSSARY

This article is devoted to a problem of elaborating an ideographic translation dictionary. It is considered that the theoretical base of such work is made up by the following terms: event, concept, background knowledge. It is also expected to use a frame as a key unit of this type of thesaurus.
