АНАЛИЗ ГУМАНИТАРНО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО КРИЗИСА В АФГАНИСТАНЕ ПОСЛЕ ПАДЕНИЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ

Данная статья исследует тенденции развития гуманитарно-политического кризиса в Афганистане, дополнительным фактором развития которого стал вывод войск США в мае 2021 г. и установление контроля над государственными структурами движения «Талибан» . В статье продемонстрированы основные проявления гуманитарного кризиса в стране и масштабы подверженного угрозам продовольственной безопасности населения, проиллюстрировано влияние кризиса на потоки беженцев из страны. Посредством анализа данных Продовольственной и сельскохозяйственной организации ООН, показано, что гуманитарный кризис неразрывно связан с современным развитием Афганистана, а условия роста его влияния были сформированы и до падения Республики в 2021 г. В статье продемонстрирован вклад международного сообщества в сфере противодействия последствиям гуманитарного кризиса в стране и дана оценка его перспектив.

This article examines the trends in the development of the humanitarian and political crisis in Afghanistan, an additional factor in the development of which was the withdrawal of U.S. troops in May 2021 and the establishment of control over the state structures of the Taliban movement. The article demonstrates the main manifestations of the humanitarian crisis in the country and the scale of the population exposed to food security threats, and illustrates the impact of the crisis on refugee flows from the country. Through the analysis of the data of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, it is shown that the humanitarian crisis is inextricably linked to the modern development of Afghanistan, and the conditions for the growth of its influence were formed even before the fall of the Republic in 2021. The article demonstrates the contribution of the international community in the sphere of counteracting the consequences of the humanitarian crisis in the country and assesses its prospects.
