Диалог культур как инструмент развития личности студента

В статье поднимается вопрос личностного развития студентов средствами диалога культур. Исследована научная литература по вопросу развития личности студента и проведен анализ исследований по обозначенной теме. Автором разработана и описана модель развития личности студента через диалог культур. Доказано, что моделирование процесса развития личности студента через диалог культур позволяет создать условия для достижения цели. Модель развития личности студента в образовательном пространстве вуза на основе диалога культур представляет собой целостную систему, содержащую структурные компоненты и ожидаемый конечный результат.

The article raises the issue of personal development of students through the dialogue of cultures. The scientific literature on the issue of student personality development was studied and research on the designated topic was analyzed. The author has developed and described a model for the development of a student’s personality through a dialogue of cultures. It has been proven that modeling the process of student personality development through a dialogue of cultures makes it possible to create conditions for achieving the goal. The model for the development of a student’s personality in the educational space of a university based on a dialogue of cultures is an integral system containing structural components and the expected result.
