СТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ЦИФРОВОГО ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЯ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

В статье дана характеристика основных этапов развития цифрового здравоохранения в Российской Федерации и прослеживается эволюция этого процесса от биорадиотелеметрии до создания цифрового контура в здравоохранении. Авторы подчеркивают, что основными барьерами в развитии цифрового здравоохранения являются: наличие развитой инфраструктуры связи, доступ населения отдаленных районов к широкополосной сети Интернет и проблемы в области компьютерной грамотности среди населения, особенно старшего возраста, недостаточность финансовых ресурсов для реализации проектов цифрового здравоохранения, рассогласованность деятельности органов власти различного уровня.

The article describes the main stages of digital healthcare development in the Russian Federation and traces the evolution of this process from bioradiotelemetry to the creation of a digital circuit in healthcare. The authors emphasize that the main barriers to the development of digital healthcare are: the availability of a developed communications infrastructure, access of the population of remote areas to broadband Internet and existing problems in the field of computer literacy among the population, especially the elderly, and insufficient financial resources for the implementation of digital healthcare projects, lack of coordination between the activities of government bodies at various levels.
