В статье рассматриваются специальные военные и общие виды уголовных наказаний, применяемые к военнослужащим в Российской Федерации и Республике Корея. Проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ соответствующих положений уголовного законодательства двух стран, выделяются их достоинства и недостатки.

Military punishments and punishments for military crimes under the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea

The article discusses special military and general types of criminal punishments that can be applied to military servicemen in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. A comparative-legal analysis of the relevant provisions of the criminal legislation of two countries is carried out, their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted.
