Путем анализа отдельных международных правовых актов определены современные правовые ограничения свободы слова в условиях борьбы с экстремизмом. Посредством обзора теории и практики предпринята попытка определить грань между реализацией свободы слова человеком и ограничением этой свободы государством.

Freedom of speech and its limitation of the modern international law of human rights on the example of extremism: theory and practice

By analyzing individual international legal acts, modern legal restrictions on the right to freedom of speech are defined in the context of combating extremism. Through a review of theory and practice, the article attempts to define the line between the realization of freedom of speech a person and the restriction of this freedom by the state.
