Violation of Human Rights in Social Networks

The article poses the task to consider the contentious issue of human rights violations in social networks. It is shown that social networks are of a twofold nature: they can serve as a means of communication, exchange of information and media, and also a tool for profit-making, and on the other hand they are one of the most common sources of copyright infringement for copyright holders.
