CLINICAL CASE: B2 THYMOMA, ASSOCIATED WITH PURE RED CELL APLASIA OF BONE MARROW (PRCA) OF A PATIENT WITH A TRANSPLANTED KIDNEY

A rare clinical case of thymoma associated with PRCA in a patient with transplanted kidney is presented. The analysis of PubMed publications is carried out. The scheme of Sandostatin and Sandostatin LAR is proposed, for the treatment of thymoma avoiding the nephrotoxic effect of Cyclosporin A. PRCA can be treated with Rituximab.
