SECURITY OF CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT

This article reflects the analysis of the documents that organize the work of the secret-proceeding department. Also the principal problems at secure document on the paper vehicle proceeding are shown. It determines basic approaches and requirements of the protection of secret-standard documents. During the analysis the conclusion about the necessity of reforming current accounting-systems, it's proposed to increases the effectiveness of the secret- proceeding departments using radio frequency identification (RFID) system and integration at the registration subsystem into access control system (ACS).
