ADULTERATION OF COTTAGE CHEESE - PROBLEM OF THE 21ST CENTURY

Every day customers encounter adulteration of dairy products. Cottage cheese is not an exception. Comonly manufacturers don't work by the current GOST and add extra components. Components like vegetable fats, soda, starch and vegetable proteins are found during laboratory testings. There are more and more ways of detecting adulteration nowadays but adulteration of cottage cheese is still a relevant topic.
