SCO joins hands with the “global South” to empower a new world order

The expansion of the SCO will not only further enhance its development potential and influence, but also become an important force in promoting the development of the “Global South”. In recent years, the collective rise of the “Global South” has become an emerging force in promoting the construction of a new world order, and the SCO has a close relationship with the “Global South”. The interconnection between the two will help build a new world order. Of course, a rational analysis of the expansion of the SCO should be conducted, and the enormous challenges faced after the expansion should be fully recognized. Therefore, effectively managing differences, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and building a community of shared future for the SCO based on the perspective of Marxist theory are inevitable choices to address various challenges. Only in this way can the SCO and the interconnectivity of the “Global South” further play their due international role and mission, and become an important force in promoting the construction of a new world order.

Расширение ШОС не только еще больше усилит ее потенциал развития и влияние, но и станет важной силой в содействии развитию «глобального Юга». В последние годы коллективный подъем «Глобального Юга» стал новой силой в содействии построению нового мирового порядка, и ШОС имеет тесные отношения с «Глобальным Югом». Взаимосвязь между ними поможет построить новый мировой порядок. Конечно, следует провести рациональный анализ расширения ШОС и полностью признать огромные проблемы, с которыми пришлось столкнуться после расширения. Поэтому эффективное управление разногласиями, поиск общей почвы при сохранении разногласий и построение сообщества общего будущего для ШОС на основе марксистской теории являются неизбежными выборами для решения различных проблем. Только таким образом ШОС и взаимосвязанность «Глобального Юга» смогут и дальше играть свою должную международную роль и миссию и стать важной силой в содействии построению нового мирового порядка.
