ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ОТНОШЕНИЙ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ СОБСТВЕННОСТИ

В статье изучаются процессы создания и использования результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, механизмы создания и внедрения научно-технических разработок в вузах и на предприятиях, а также инновационные процессы. Рассматривается участие в процессах коммерциализации всех субъектов отношений, в том числе государства, институтов, фондов, территорий, правовое согласование интересов субъектов, вопросы создания и функционирования новых инновационных предприятий и изменяющиеся потребности современного рынка труда. Отмечаются проблемы научно-исследовательских разработок, существующие барьеры и ограничения современного инновационного развития России.

The article examines the processes of creating and using the results of intellectual activity, the mechanisms of creating and implementing scientific and technical developments in universities and enterprises, as well as innovative processes. The article considers the participation in the processes of commercialization of all subjects of relations, including the state, institutions, funds, territories, legal coordination of the interests of subjects, the creation and functioning of new innovative enterprises and the changing needs of the modern labor market. The problems of research and development, existing barriers and limitations of modern innovative development of Russia are noted.
