Cholecystogastric fistula is a rare complication of cholelithiasis, which is not only extremely dangerous for the patient, but also presents a difficult task for both the operating surgeon and diagnostic specialists. In this paper, we present a clinical case of a 70-year-old patient who approached our hospital about gallstone disease, chronic calculous cholecystitis, complicated by the formation of cholecystogastric fistula, choledocholithiasis, cholangitis.
